Shipping policy

1. Production time

Most pieces are made in small batches but can be pre-ordered or made to order when out of stock.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or in the announcement banner:

• In-stock pieces are normally sent within 1 week
• Pre-ordered/made to order pieces are normally sent within 4-6 weeks

These are estimates, but if something takes longer, I'll let you know.

If you need a piece by a specific date, get in touch before ordering at hello@kaihojewellery.com and I'll do my best.

2. Shipping and delivery

Parcels are shipped from Norway. Once your order has been sent, you'll receive a confirmation by email including tracking information.

Delays can occur around holidays, peak periods, and during customs processing for international orders.

Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact me as described in the Return Policy.

Domestic shipping

Within Norway (mainland) I ship with Posten/Bring. Delivery typically takes 2–5 days.

International shipping

I ship from Norway to the UK and most of the EU (excluding Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, and Malta).

To EU and UK destinations I ship with FedEx. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, not counting customs processing time.

Customs and import charges

All international orders are exports. This means import VAT applies at your destination country's rate, plus any customs duties and handling fees. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility.
